Consultation
We start by understanding your vision, needs, and site conditions. During our consultation, we discuss materials, design options, and project goals to ensure every detail is tailored to you. This step sets the foundation for a smooth and successful project.
Design
Our design phase transforms your ideas into a detailed plan. We create customized layouts, select materials, and refine every element to ensure your project is both functional and visually stunning. This step brings your vision to life before construction begins.
Proposal
After finalizing the design, we provide a detailed proposal outlining materials, costs, and timelines. This transparent plan ensures you know exactly what to expect and allows for any adjustments before work begins. Our goal is a smooth, stress-free start to your project.
Construction
Once approved, our skilled team begins construction with precision and care. We follow the agreed-upon plan, maintain a clean job site, and keep you informed throughout the process to ensure quality results delivered on schedule
Final Walkthrough
We complete a final walkthrough to inspect the work together, confirm quality and craftsmanship, and make sure everything aligns with the approved plan before closing out the project.

Landscape Design
Initial Consultation
The design process begins with an initial site visit to view your existing landscape, identify your interests, project goals and budget.

Analysis & Survey
If you decide to proceed with your design photos and measurements of your landscape will be taken. Any existing property site plan that can be provided are appreciated.

Concepts & Preliminary Designs (starting at $1,200 + and up)
A Preliminary design is drawn (sometimes several design options) and reviewed with you.
With a design by Bloom you will have your vision put to paper and something to have contractors estimate based off of. We discuss your ideas, budget, and what is practical for your landscape.
3D Rendering models may be included at an additional cost.

Final Drawings & Construction Docs ($130 per Hour)
Your preliminary drawings will require review and notations, then we can move forward with final drawing that can be presented to contractors, HOA, or your builder. Certain elements may require detailed construction documents that can be added to your sheet set.
