DURING THE INITIAL MEETING WE SET UP WITH YOU WE WILL PROVIDE YOU A COST FOR YOUR PERSONAL DESIGN
BELOW IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO RECEIVE AS PART OF YOUR DESIGN PROCESS
SITE ANALYSIS
Visually inspect and measure the property. Existing structures landscape elements, elevations, and drainage will noted for your drawings.
BASE MAP DRAWING
Create a site map reflecting existing site conditions needed for preparation of digital drawings.
PRELIMINARY LANDSCAPE DRAWINGS
Drawings will be presented to you (approx 3 weeks) after the site analysis is complete. Drawings will reflect the foundation design components based on requirements and desires. These drawings will be for the purpose of review and commenting. Multiple layout options may be presented at this time.
PLANT & MATERIAL PICTURES
Pictures of suggested plants and other specific features will be provided. Concept pictures of similar hardscape elements or inspirational ideas are provided as needed.
PRELIMINARY COST ESTIMATE
A rough estimate range of the project will be provided during the development of the preliminary design phase. The Owner will be required to give feedback as to budget and preferred design elements to include in the final drawing.
RENDERINGS
Your project may require 3-d visualization. These aid you in understanding the transformation and our construction team for installation!
FINAL LANDSCAPE DRAWING
A final design will be prepared based on notes from preliminary drawings. Design components will be provided in detail.
